Love Adorned sells curated items, informed by years of traveling and collecting. Owned by veteran retailer Lori Leven, Love Adorned represents a shift away from throwaway culture. Online and in their stores in New York City, Los Angeles, and Amagansett, the brand sells vintage jewelry, one-of-a-kind pieces, and artisanal home decor.
Love Adorned approached Good & Gold with the goal of increasing their online sales, communicating their brand values to a digital audience while building their virtual store into a viable complement to their brick-and-mortar locations.
We developed a multi-pronged strategy to drive direct sales through SEO, Social Advertising, and SEM. With social ads, we aimed to attract new users through a mix of lifestyle ads and product-specific campaigns, along with time-limited promotions, while converting many users through dynamic retargeting ads, serving relevant products to those who had previously visited the website.
Meanwhile, we focused on high-intent searchers for SEM, whether for overall offerings and values or for specific products, which were separated into carefully curated cost categories on both Search and Shopping.
Finally, our organic search strategy centered around creating a strong technical foundation while promoting product categories and specific designers, leading to a strong increase in impressions, clicks, and revenue.
