Alfred Coffee, originating on Melrose Place in Los Angeles in 2013, has gained a devoted following through its aesthetically pleasing cafe designs, top-notch customer service, and innovative beverages like the World Famous Iced Vanilla Latte. With locations across the US and worldwide, their mission is to ensure that every customer, whether new or loyal, leaves thrilled with both their coffee and overall experience.
We aimed to boost Alfred’s DTC revenue through email marketing while still maintaining their charming authenticity. The goal was to engage their loyal customers with a consistent and unique brand voice and intriguing email design, to ultimately deliver an email experience that not only enhanced revenue but also strengthened their premium brand identity.
